3.1 Shipping Orders:
Orders placed before 2:00 PM:
Orders validated from Monday to Friday before 2:00 PM are shipped the same day (excluding holidays).
Orders placed after 2:00 PM:
These orders are given priority on the first working day following. From Friday 2:00 PM to Monday 2:00 PM, validated orders are shipped on Monday evening.
An email is sent to the Customer when their order is shipped from the warehouse. This email summarizes the chosen delivery method as well as the order tracking number. To obtain details and track the order, the Customer is invited to visit their personal space in the "My Order Tracking" section.
3.2 Delivery Location
Products are shipped to the delivery address provided by the Customer during the ordering process. The Customer is informed that PLACE DES TENDANCES cannot be held responsible for the inability to deliver the order in case of incorrect information provided by the Customer for their delivery details.
PLACE DES TENDANCES delivers products in the following European Union countries: metropolitan France (including Corsica), Germany, Austria, Belgium, Spain, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, Slovakia, and Slovenia, in the following countries outside the European Union: Switzerland, United Kingdom, and in the Overseas Departments and Territories (DOM-TOM) and the rest of the world through its partner ColisExpat (list accessible at https://www.colisexpat.com/fr/liste-des-pays/) in accordance with the detailed procedure in Article 3.4.5 "DOM TOM and Rest of the World" of these Terms.
3.3 Delivery Times:Unless in case of force majeure and excluding certain periods of high activity, such as sales periods, and subject to order validation and payment by the Customer:
- Orders will be prepared and shipped in accordance with Article 3.1 above;
- Shipping and delivery times will be indicated in Article 3.4 below, subject to available stock. These times start:
o For shipping time, from the date of the order confirmation email;
o For delivery time, from the date of the shipping email sent by the Company.
PLACE DES TENDANCES undertakes to inform the Customer by email of the progress of their order processing.
Furthermore, to track their package, the Customer will log in to their customer account, go to the "My Personal Space" section, and click on "My Order Tracking." The Customer is informed that there is no tracking for the first 24 hours following the order, as it undergoes preliminary processing by a sorting platform. After this period, the Customer can track the shipment of their package directly on the carrier's website selected when placing the order.
3.4 Delivery Methods

3.4.1 Metropolitan France and Corsica

Delivery to one of the Printemps stores located in the provinces is carried out by Chronopost within 24 to 48 hours.
The stores where you can select to pick up your order are as follows:
Printemps Rouen - Printemps Deauville- Printemps Lille- Printemps Lyon- Printemps Marseille La Valentine- Printemps Marseille Terrasses Du Port- Printemps Nancy- Printemps Rennes- Printemps Toulon.
To pick up the order, the retrieval code sent by email confirming the delivery of your order to the store, along with your identification, will be required. The order can be picked up during the opening hours of the selected store at the "click and collect" counter within 10 days from the date of arrival of the order at the selected store. . Colissimo :
Delivery in 2 working days from Monday to Saturday in metropolitan France and Corsica, from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM on weekdays and from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM on Saturdays.
The Customer can choose between delivery to their home, delivery to a post office, or delivery to a retailer.
. Chronopost :This "express" delivery allows delivery within 24 hours from the shipment of your order from Monday to Saturday in metropolitan France. Deliveries are made by Chronopost from Monday to Saturday between 7:00 AM and 1:00 PM.
The package will remain:
- 14 days at the post office and at Chronopost agency
- 7 calendar days at Relais Pickup, before returning on the 8th day.
Any order placed before 2:00 PM is delivered the next day before 1:00 PM (less than 24 hours).
- An order placed on Tuesday before 2:00 PM will be delivered on Wednesday before 1:00 PM.
- An order placed on Friday before 2:00 PM will be delivered on Saturday before 1:00 PM.
Any order placed after 2:00 PM will be shipped on the first working day following and will be delivered within the next 24 hours.
- An order placed on Tuesday after 2:00 PM will be shipped on Wednesday evening and therefore delivered on Thursday before 1:00 PM.

This "express" delivery allows delivery within 24 hours from the shipment of the order to the chosen pickup point from Monday to Saturday in metropolitan France. Deliveries are made by Chronopost from Monday to Saturday between 7:00 AM and 1:00 PM. Chronopost pickup points have wide opening hours.
The package will remain:

Standard home delivery: The average delivery time is 3 to 5 days.
With the Parcel Force service (equivalent to Colissimo in the UK), you have a wide range of delivery options:

Packages destined for the United Kingdom are subject to customs duties. Place des Tendances undertakes to pay the British value-added tax as well as any customs duties directly to the British authorities. It is specified that customs fees are included in the displayed TTC price on the United Kingdom website; the Customer will not have to pay any additional tax upon receiving their package.
3.4.5 Overseas Departments and Territories (DOM-TOM) and rest of the world

The creation of an account on the website of our partner ColisExpat, accessible at the address
https://www.colisexpat.com, allows for the shipment of your order(s) from the French logistics address owned by our partner ColisExpat. The order(s) will be re-shipped from this logistics address to the country chosen by the Customer, with Colis Expat handling the package's delivery from this address to any destination country.

3.5 General provisions on Product delivery
It is the Customer's responsibility to verify the conformity of the delivery with their order and to report any errors promptly. The Customer is also required to check the condition of the delivered Products.
Any package with visible anomalies (damage, missing product compared to the order form, damaged or open package, defective product, etc.) at the time of delivery or pick-up by the Customer must be the subject of a complaint addressed to customer service within 3 days following the delivery date or pick-up date via the form:

The Customer must return any non-compliant Product following the return procedure described in Article 9.1, specifying the reason for return as "Non-compliant Product." The conditions for exercising legal guarantees are detailed in Article 10 below.
3.6 Recovery
Free recovery of the following used products is offered within the quantity and type of product sold or the products they replace:
- Electrical and electronic equipment
- Furnishing elements
- Upholstered seating or bedding products, textile decorative elements
When the sale is made with delivery, the recovery of used products is done by providing a free return solution for the holder, such as a postal service or equivalent when the characteristics of the used products allow it.
The recovery of the product may be refused at the time of delivery if the product poses a risk to the health or safety of the carrier. An alternative solution will then be found by PLACE DES TENDANCES.
