Inspired by plants, rocks, and the natural world, in 2015 Clémence Masson launched her premium jewelry brand, starring artisanal pieces made in France. Clémence's love of arts, crafts, working with her hands and materials first blossomed when her grandmother Gisèle began teaching her to sew. Born in Normandy, she has woven a network of leading craftsmen to handle plating, welding, and molding for her jewelry. All designs, prototyping and assembly are carried out in-house. Her responsible brand uses cultured pearls and genuine semi-precious stones sourced using human- and planet-friendly methods. Gisel B aims to make all of her jewelry using 100% recycled gold. The 24-carat Alex necklace is handmade in France and comes in flawless recycled packaging.
