Following a life-changing trip to India, Parisian friends Marie and Aurélie decided to put their heads together to design a ready-to-wear and accessories line for little girls in 2012. The Louise Misha brand name is a mash-up of Marie's grandmother's name, and the nickname given to Aurélie's mother. The French company soon went worldwide, and a line for women and babies was born. In 2017, Aurélie decided to venture off for new horizons, but the Louise Misha adventure lives on, headed up by Marie and her team. The brand is now sold in over 400 sales points around the world as well as its online store. Louise Misha's vibe is bohemian and poetic. Designer Marie draws inspiration from her many travels around the world, dipping into new cultures and tapping into local family spirit and warmth, ploughing this essence into each and every piece she creates. The 19th and 20th centuries' expressionist and fauviste masters are another source of inspiration.
