How can I return my item?


To make a return or exchange, you have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to cancel your order. If you return your order via Clic & Collect or Relais, you have 10 days to benefit from a free return.

Log in to your customer account and click on "MAKE A RETURN/EXCHANGE".

Enter your returns information and print your returns form and transport label.

Pack your items carefully in the original packaging and include the printed returns form.
Attach the shipping label onto your package and drop it off at your local post office or at one of the selected pick-up points.
 
Refunds are made within an average of 48-72 hours after the item is received (excluding sales periods)

    Click & Collect (our customers’ preferred option)
  • Drop off your package at a Click & Collect point in one of our Printemps stores.
  • Bring your return package to your Click & Collect point, and we’ll take care of everything!
  • Returns are free, and refunds are processed within a maximum of 24 hours.


    • Shop2Shop by Chronopost
  • Drop off your package at a Pick up by Chronopost relay point with the return slip inside the package and the prepaid shipping label affixed to it.
  • This prepaid label is generated when you create your return slip.
  • Delivery time is 2 to 4 business days.
  • You can find the addresses of all Pick up by Chronopost relay points HERE.


  • Shipping via Shop2Shop is free if the return is made within 10 calendar days from the shipping date of the order in France. Beyond this period and within the 14-day legal withdrawal period, the return cost depends on your Club Trendy loyalty status at the time of your return slip creation.


    Premier status (from 0 to 299 Mod’s): 4€
    Privilège status (from 300 to 499 Mod’s): 2€
    Premium status (more than 500 Mod’s): Free

  • This prepaid label is generated when you create your return slip.
  • Delivery time is 48/72 business hours.

  • The cost of this return is 4€ regardless of your loyalty status (for returns from France).


      Own Means
    Do you want to handle your return yourself and choose which carrier to use?

    Contact your chosen carrier directly and manage your return.
    In case of loss, Place des Tendances cannot be held responsible and will not be able to refund the package.
    Please check the carrier’s conditions and shipping terms beforehand.



      Outlet & Last Chance
    Shipping costs for returning Outlet & Last Chance products are at your expense: a fee of 4€ will be deducted from your order.

    What are the conditions for returns and exchanges?

    Items must be returned to us in their original condition and in their original packaging (plastic pouch), accompanied by the returns form that you can create in your personal area on the website. Any item that is returned incomplete, i.e. without the original cardboard label (specifying the brand, bar code and size of the item), without its packaging or that has been worn, damaged, stained, washed or carries odours of cooking, tobacco or sweat, will not be refunded or exchanged.


    Fair use
    If we spot an unusual trend in returns, especially if the items in the order have been worn or the number of returns is excessive (considerably higher than the most loyal Place des Tendances customer), Place des Tendances reserves the right to charge the shipping and return costs to the customer (their account and any linked accounts). If you are affected and you think we have made a mistake, please contact Customer Service and we will be happy to discuss it with you.

    Specific conditions with regard to certain product families:

    Beauty products:
    Beauty products must be returned in their original sealed packaging with the protective plastic film and the foil seal intact. These items may not be tested, and must be in new condition, unopened, unused and undamaged. They must not have been not soiled or tested. To return a beauty product, ensure that you place all items back in the original packaging; which has been subjected to a number of conclusive tests. This packaging is designed to resist being knocked, dropped and handled during transportation of the package. However, if the package does not enable you to return the beauty products in good condition after it has been opened, we strongly recommend that you find a suitable container and carefully pack the returned items to ensure maximum protection during transport.
       
    Footwear:
    The inner and outer soles of the shoes must not show any signs of wear. We advise you to try on your shoes on a carpet or other surface that will not damage the soles. Shoes must be sent back in their original box (including the size, brand and bar code). The original box is not a suitable box for shipping the item.
       
    Lingerie & Swimwear:
    Underwear must be worn when trying on lingerie and swimwear items. For hygiene reasons, all returned items that do not meet this criteria will not be refunded.
       
    Masks:
    This item cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons.
