How does it work?

Navigate on Place des Tendances as usual
The products from our Partner Sellers are identified directly on the product page.

At the checkout step, you must choose a delivery method per seller.
Regarding payment, no changes, but some payment methods may not be available to you.

You place an order for the items you liked
Your order is being transmitted to our Partner who will prepare and ship your package.

The parcel tracking is done with the Partner Seller.
We remain available for any questions and guarantee the quality of service from our Partner Sellers.
How to identify a Marketplace product?
The information is displayed on all product pages, below the "Add to Cart" button. Clicking on the name of the Partner Seller will take you to their page, where you will find all the information you need.

How to return a product?
The return conditions are defined by the seller, you can find all the necessary information on their Seller page.

We ask our Partner Sellers to include the necessary documents and information for a potential return directly in the package. If this is not the case, you must contact the Seller to know the procedure to follow (via your Order Tracking).

Your returns will be processed within a maximum of 14 days following the receipt of your return package by the seller.

Will my items be delivered together if they come from different partners ?

Each Partner Seller is responsible for the delivery of their own products. Therefore, products are shipped separately (unless you have purchased multiple products from the same Seller). You can find more details at the time of choosing the delivery method and in the tracking of your order.

If I order from different partners, do I have to pay the delivery fees multiple times?

Indeed, each Partner Seller applies its own delivery policy. You can find the details of the delivery fees related to a Seller on their information page, as well as when choosing delivery options in your cart.

I want to return items to Place des Tendances, how can I do it?

Any item ordered from a Partner Seller must be returned directly to them. We ask the Partner Seller to include all information regarding their return policy directly in the package. If this is not the case, please contact them via the order tracking ("Contact the seller"). Return information is also available on the Partner Sellers' pages.

How to contact the seller?

You can contact the Partner Seller directly from the details of your order located in "Track your orders".
